City ordinance states you can not place any sign on the right of way without a permit. Every sign that is place there is subjected to being turned into the city by calling 311. Or using the 311 app. The city will come out and tag the sign with a citation, and then come back and take them down if they are not picked up. There may be fines involved as well.

The HOA does not permit signage for anything, to be placed on the community perimeter fencing. It is recommended to place the sign in front of the home for Sale or lease.

We understand that this doesn’t increase visibility of the home being sold, but the signs are not only a violation of city ordinances, but they are also a eye sore, and make it difficult to see the on coming traffic on commerce when exiting the community.

Open House signs need to be removed after the open house closes.

Please place all “for rent” or “for sale” signs in front of the home at hand.
