The itemized list below are current items that need to be addresses and are on the boards radar.
- Concrete repairs around the run off drains. (done)
- Dog station install at the south side of Sperber Lane (cancelled)
- Signage on the Gate. Simple fix, and should be addressed if we do not fix the gates this year. (done)
- Paint over the graffiti on the side of the gate access box on Riley. (done)
- Find and repair sub-shutoff water values to only shut off water to parts of the community when conducting repairs.
- Rust on the gas lines leading up to the Gas meters.
- Straighten that crooked Spruces Fern pencil tree on Sperber Lane. (done)
- Remove or cut distressed Spruces on Sperber Lane (Work in progress)
- See about getting AT&T to come out and clean up those wires draped everywhere in the south end of Sperber Lane behind the mail boxes. (done)
- Trim large tree right outside the Riley gate and to the right.
- Clean up the Comcast cables right outside Riley Lane gate and to the right. (done)
- Revamp the small circle with the benches. (in progress)
- Add Solar power lighting throughout the community. (in progress)
- Add street signs on the corner of Commerce St and Riley lane. (done)
- Add landscaping rocks around the tree to the right just outside of the Riley Gate
- Add crepe myrtles along commerce street (need to wait until Spring time)
- Change the Commerce Ave sign to a Commerce St sign (done)
