Please be respectful to your neighbors and bring your trash cans in after trash pick up. It is a small task which yields great value by keeping the community looking clean . Please inform your renters to do the same. Violations will result in a fine after a third violation.
Trash and recycling service for Waterhill on Commerce St is handled by Texas Pride Disposal.
Trash service pickup is scheduled every Tuesday and Friday of each week. Recycling is picked up every Friday. Items for recycle should be placed in the black 18 Gallon bin provided by Texas Pride.
Trash & Recycling Bins
Trash bin are not provided by Texas Pride, and each home owner is responsible for purchasing their own trash cans.
Initial Recycle bins are provided by Texas Pride. If your recycle bin is lost or stolen, please visit the Texas Pride Disposal website and click on the “Container Request” button to request an initial or replacement recycle bin. Please note that Texas Pride Disposal provides the initial recycling bin on loan to Waterhill Residents, and a replacement bin will be at the expense of the home owner. Additionally Waterhill residents have the option to purchase their own recycling bins.
